Here’s a great story we wanted to share with you about a customer at our Richmond location.
Today, I had a customer who came back to share with me his amazing experience with Escents.
Two weeks ago, the customer came into Escents for his first time, he’s an older gentleman who had to use a cane. He explained that he was experiencing arthritis around his knee for quite some time, and nothing really helped. I introduced him to our arthritis treatment gel and reminded him that the gel will help to reduce the pain and swelling, but it would not cure the disease. He applied it around his knee and said if the gel works he’ll come back to buy it. Well… apparently, the arthritis treatment gel worked like a miracle for him. He does not need to use his CANE anymore!!!! After he left the store and walked about 75 meters around the mall, his arthritis pain disappeared and he didn’t need to use his cane. So two weeks later, he walked back into the store without his cane to share this amazing story with me. The arthritis treatment gel has enriched his life so he can return back to his normal routine without any limitations or restrictions. Isn’t it AMAZING!
Now he is suggesting this product to all his friends. He said the arthritis treatment gel even reduced his friend’s swollen wrist in front of his own eyes!
It is stories like this that really makes me appreciate working at Escents. To be given an opportunity to enrich someone’s life and make a difference!

since i was a little girl i’ve ALWAYS had INCREDIBLY PAINFUL growing pains in my knees and lower legs, i bought a little bottle of the Arthritis treatment and whenever that pain comes back every couple of weeks i rub it on and within 5 mins the pain is gone! I am athlete and play sports from gymnastics, volleyball, basketball and rugby. Just a year ago i had ACL reconstructive surgery because i had a rugby accident and i have constant pain in knee. Since working here my manager introduced me to the product to try and now i have been using it and it helps numb the pain now i am PAIN FREE!!! yay! Tip: If you keep it in the fridge you get an extra cooling effect that I really love 
I have carpal tunnel in my wrists. I have found the Arthritis treatment very helpful. First I ice the area, then gently massage the Arthritis treatment into my wrists/ arms.
I love this story! It is so great to hear positive recovery stories from the use of essential oils! I also like Lisa suffered from growing pains in my knees and now have knee problems from figure skating as well and I love using the arthritis treatment gel.

I started using it for my tendonitis in my shoulders from swimming for so many years. The pain has eased and its a great muscle relaxer.
I had a similar experience. A man was looking for a product to relieve the pain his mother was having with arthritis and other muscle pains. She tried everything, and the only thing that seemed to work was a product that was made in California. Thing is, it could not be shipped over to Canada. He seemed quite unsure about the product, so I gave him a sample of it to take home to his mom and let him know my experience with the Arthritis Treatment Gel. A few days later he came back to see me. It really worked for her! And better than the product in California! It’s nice helping people out the natural way!
