Sick Kids, Pizza & Being Productive at Work

A tough day for me today, I feel a little behind… still in weekend mode. And a very long weekend it was! I spent most of it with my three boys at a hockey tournament, in a very cold ice rink while it was 20 degrees outside. I was settling into work today, and looking forward to a productive Monday doing some new product research, when my son’s school called saying that he wasn’t feeling well. So I picked up my sick child from school – and now my so-called sick child is on the couch eating his second piece of pizza watching Scooby Doo. Ahhhhhh! Guess that productive day will now have to be a productive night.
